Whatever the reason is, you know you need an updated headshot. We'll pick an outdoor spot and do a 30-minute mobile photoshoot, changing backgrounds so you have a variety to choose from. During the session, I'll guide you into natural poses. We'll work together to produce a modern headshot that you can proudly use for your next speaker bio or LinkedIn profile picture.
The modern headshot session includes:
- 15-min free discovery call
- 30 min of shooting time on a weekday
- Up to 2 outfits
- Proofing gallery (15+ photos) available within five business days of the session
- 5 in-house, professionally edited and retouched photos

STEP 01
Book the date
Fill out the form below & schedule the discovery call (you'll receive the link). We get to know each other, see if we vibe well, and, if you're ready, decide on a session date. A link will be sent over that includes the proposal, contract, and invoice.
STEP 02
take photos
You relax while I take some great photos of you. We'll have a fun time!
STEP 03
deliver headshots
Within 5 business days of the session, you select your 5 favorites for me to edit, with the option to purchase more or the entire gallery.
3 weeks after selecting, the edited photos are delivered in an online gallery! These are available in both hi-res and web-res
FAQs
Where do San Francisco headshot sessions take place?
Anywhere outdoors in San Francisco. You can choose your location or we'll work together to find the perfect one for you. We can also do a walking shoot if you'd like extra varied backgrounds.
Can I bring props to the headshot session?
If it is small and you can carry it, yes. But if you're looking to bring a variety of props and images, then I suggest checking out the personal branding session.
What is needed to officially book with you?
A signed contract and the invoice paid in full. The booking process begins with the inquiry form and a free discovery call.
When are the outdoor headshots scheduled?
Monday to Friday, in the late mornings to afternoons. If we're shooting outside, it'll be at least two hours before sunset. You can look up when sunset is on any future date with this website.
I've never had a professional photoshoot before. Is that okay?
Absolutely! I love to work with people who are having their photos taken professionally for the first time. Before the photo session, I'll send over a detailed prep guide, and during it, I'll guide you into natural poses.
What counts as an outfit?
An outfit consists of a full look: if you need to go somewhere to change clothes, then that's an outfit. To make an outfit look different, consider layering items like cardigans, scarves, hats, and jewelry. If you book a branding or modern headshot session with me, I provide a detailed prep guide.
