With the custom-designed personal branding photoshoot, you leave with a visually cohesive asset library that includes a mix of headshots, environmental portraits, and custom stock photos.
Being in front of a camera is daunting for most people (I can relate!), especially if the photographer is a stranger to you.
But here's the thing:
By the time you step in front of the camera, I won't be a stranger to you.
Over the course of my 6-8 week process—designed for a personal, high-touch experience—we'll get to know each other pretty well. It's a collaborative creative process, where I guide you through the shot list, wardrobe, makeup, backgrounds, poses, photo selection, and implementation strategy.

Your Next Personal Branding Photographer
I serve the San Francisco Bay Area's wide range of creative solopreneurs and small business owners with creative brand photography. These strategic brand photos do the heavy lifting in elevating your business and drawing in your ideal clients.
So what does a shoot with me look like?
At the beginning of the session, we'll spend a few minutes saying hi, settle into the space, perhaps even grab a coffee or tea, and if we're indoors, put on your favorite playlist. To help you feel comfortable with the camera, I'll have you pretend to do some work and then follow the shoot plan and shot list. While I will ask you to move and occasionally pose, the results will be realistic and the best version of you.
The eventual goal is to have it feel like you're hanging out with a friend, who also happens to have a camera on her. Also—this is a little controversial—I'll show you the back of my camera throughout the session so we can confirm our shoot goals or course-correct in real-time.
You will leave the session feeling inspired and excited about your business. It's not uncommon for clients to feel a rush—and I love that for them!

The Investment
Starting from $2450
The personal branding session has three main packages available, or I can provide a custom quote. Packages differ in session length (quarter, half, or full day), logistics time, locations, venue coordination, and the number of delivered photos.
Packages start at $2450 for all of the above & a quarter-day session at two (close) locations, producing 25 custom-branded & hand-edited photos. This session time includes 90 minutes of shoot time and up to 30 minutes of logistics time.
Travel within 10 miles of San Francisco zip code 94121 is included in all sessions. Sessions outside the radius have a $3 per mile fee, because Bay Area traffic is no joke. Logistics time is defined as the total time spent setting up / breaking down in a space, and travel time between locations.
This is an investment in your business, and I want to honor that. My process is methodical and strategic; it's a collaborative effort. The only time you're working alone is when you're filling out the branding worksheet.

Platinum — White-Glove VIP Service
This white-glove service is for dedicated and busy entrepreneurs who are all-in on their branding photoshoot and want the details and logistics handled by someone else. This is a full-service, full-day photography session that's all about you.
It includes all the session details in the highest main package, plus:
- Skip the worksheet: 1-hour branding interview
- 60-90 minute planning session
- Wardrobe stylist
- On-site hair & makeup artist
- Props sourcing & purchase
- Site visits within the Bay Area, venue booking & coordination
- Transportation via ride-share service
- Proofing gallery within five days, 1-hour selection call (optional)
- Faster 1-week editing turnaround after selection
- Extended 3-month post-session implementation support
This VIP service begins at $15k with additional costs of venue rental fees and travel beyond 2 hours of zip code 94121. It's a fully customizable package for your biggest photoshoot dreams.
Lite — Small but Mighty
This Lite package is for new entrepreneurs or established ones who need a few refreshed photos. Because it does not include the main packages' sample edits step or post-session implementation support, this is best suited for solo practitioners with a brand strategy in place or for new business owners with very minimal photo needs.
It includes:
- 1 hour of session time
- 1 outdoor location in San Francisco
- 2 outfits
- 10 delivered photos (enough for a few website pages + headshots)
- Lite branding questionnaire
- 30-min video planning session with a lite shoot plan
- Proofing gallery within five days
- 3-week editing turnaround
The Lite package is $1250, and the entire process takes 4-6 weeks.

FAQ
What is needed to officially book with you?
Please complete a photo inquiry form. We'll then set up a discovery call. Next, I'll send you a proposal, contract, and invoice. You must complete all three to be officially booked. For branding shoots, the non-refundable date reservation fee is $200 and will be applied toward your invoice total. This fee is due upon contract signing.
When are the shoots scheduled?
Monday to Friday, in the late mornings to afternoons. If we're shooting outside, it'll be at least two hours before sunset. You can look up when sunset is on any future date with this website.
What counts as a location?
An office, studio, home. If it has a different address, it's a different location. The smallest main package includes two locations, but the second must be within close walking distance. All packages have a separate limit on logistics time.
I've never had a professional photoshoot before. Is that okay?
Absolutely! I love to work with people who are having their photos taken professionally for the first time. Before a shoot, I'll send over a guide, so you know how to prepare. And during the shoot, I'll work with you on posing.
When do I get my branding photos?
You'll receive the proofing gallery within five business days of the shoot. After you've selected your images for editing, approved the sample edits, and paid the remainder of your invoice, the images go into my editing queue. Within 2 weeks of that, you'll receive your final photos in a private online gallery. If you selected the expedited edits add-on, the turnaround will be one week.
